WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THE ORDER BUT I ALREADY DELIVERED IT TO THE COURIER?

If you are in the Intercorp courier mode (exclusive) and you have already given the courier an order the customer wishes to cancel, we will proceed to the return process to the seller:

  • We will validate with the courier that the order has not yet been delivered.
  • With the confirmation, we will proceed to request the courier to manage the return of the order to the seller's warehouse.
  • The order must return to the seller approximately 72 hours after the return is requested.
  • The courier will return the order to the same location from where it was collected.
