To correctly carry out the sales processes of the products in our Marketplace, the following penalties were developed, each of them stipulated in the affiliation contract to the Marketplaces of Intercorp Retail companies (Clause Nineteenth).
If the Seller is reiterative in incurring the indicated penalties, IR Management will have full power to deny the use of the Seller Center Tool for damages, problems or faults and will proceed to unsubscribe the Seller from the Marketplace.
Regulations:
- The penalty is per order and will be deducted from the total amount to be deposited from the settlement.
- In addition to the penalty fee, the order will be charged a commission fee.
- The penalty percentage is applied to the total amount of the products in the order.
DUE TO UNFULFILLED SHIPPING:
- Out of Stock: when the Seller cancels the purchase order due to lack of Stock, the penalty of 50% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
- Due to non-compliance of delivery:when the Seller does not deliver the order to the final customer, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
DUE TO QUALITY AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Corresponding to the quality of the product indicated in the Clause Twelfth (12.1) and to the affectation that may arise from a Customer Service Claim and / or Administrative Complaint, Seller will expressly assume the Administrative actions and pronouncements (Fines) for the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), in direct relation to situations of Arbitrary Cancellation without notice to the client, Price Error, error in product description, Expenses related to the reimbursement and payment of Costs and costs of the procedure, as well as external acquisitions (hunting) and / or compensation coupons to the client.
Additionally, a penalty of 80% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
DUE TO DELAYED DELIVERY
- To the end customer: applied to Sellers providing their "own dispatch" service. Where the Seller does not meet the delivery deadline to the end customer, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
- To the logistics company: applied to Sellers with "exclusive dispatch" service. Where the Seller does not meet the delivery deadline to the end customer, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
DUE TO UNDERDELIVERY
When the Seller does not deliver the complete order to the final consumer or logistics company, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the product (s) will be applied.
DUE TO ERROR IN CHANGE OF STATUS
When the Seller changes the status of the orders in the Seller Center platform within the established deadlines, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the product(s) will be applied.
