Where can I see the express order consolidated report?

To view the report, you must go to the "Reports" menu, "Order Status" section, click on the "Export CVS" button, and then fill in the date range you wish to view, and enter an email address to which the report will be sent.

You will then receive the report in the provided email account. Your express orders will be displayed in the "Carrier" column. Carriers will have the name "Nameoflogisticscompany_Express".


2. Confirm your stock with "Start Management"

Latest confirmation time: 2:00 p.m.


Otherwise, orders will be canceled.


3. Packing, packaging and labeling your orders

After 5 to 10 min. per integration, the status changes to "Sent". This means you can download the guide:

4. Check and deliver to logistics operator

The logistics operator comes to collect the packages from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. It is important to make sure the package corresponds to them and pay attention to their arrival for  successful delivery.

Consider that the logistics operator can go to pick up more than two times in the same day since they operate smaller vehicles. So, you must deliver the packages to the courier as appropriate.
