In this section, we’ll give you a general explanation of all the modules of the Seller Center.

Here is a tutorial video. Let's get started!

STEP 1. LOG IN TO THE SELLER CENTER

  • Log in with your username and password (You need to be previously registered through the form sent to you by IR DIGITAL’s team and you need to have submitted all the documents requested for registration.  Click here to access the system.

STEP 2. REVIEW THE MODULES

The Seller Center has the following modules:

  • Dashboard

Here you can view graphs related to sales. 

  • Sales

Here is where all sales records are kept, and where all sets up will be made to manage your orders

  • Catalog

Here is where the products that will be published in the e-commerce platforms are created. You can make changes  to the product information sheets and prices.

  • Inventory

Here is where you manage your stock of products created in the catalog.

  • Shipment management

Here you can see the transportation companies and prices. In case you are a seller managing its own shipping, you’ll have to upload this data. For sellers who work with our couriers, this information will be uploaded by default.

  • Reports

Here you can export data related to sales, inventory, and product catalog.

  • Administration

Here you can set up and create new users.

  • Support button

In case you have any questions or problems, you can request support through this button and one of our agents will assist you.

  • Courses and tutorials

Here you can find videos and tutorials that will help you manage the Seller Center.
