I CAN'T FIND MY BRAND IN THE SYSTEM, WHAT DO I DO?
The first thing you should do is create a ticket through the Support button in the Seller Center or here in the Send a request section. There you must place your name, your business name and your request under the query reason "I need to create brands". Don't forget to place the brand exactly how you want it to appear in the marketplace.
I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE PHOTO, NAME OR DESCRIPTION OF A PRODUCT THAT IS ALREADY PUBLISHED. WHAT DO I DO?
When a product is already activated or published, only 3 fields can be edited from the Seller Center: Prices, Stock and measures with packaging. To change an image, name, technical sheet or description, you must create a ticket through the Support button in the Seller Center. There you must place your name, the business name and then place your request under the reason for inquiry "I need to modify photos / description of a published product".
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO UPLOAD THE PICTURES?
The photos that are uploaded to the system meet the following recommendations:
- Minimum 1000x1000. We accept larger images, but always in square format and not weighing more than 500kb.
- Catalog format. Preferably on a white or gray background, (exceptions by categories apply), without logos, without texts, without watermarks.
- Clear. That you do not notice any imperfections or retouching.
- There is no minimum number of photos, but we suggest always uploading 3 images per SKU. Some categories, like furniture, benefit a lot from photos, so we suggest using more than 5, if possible. Other categories, such as mass consumption, can be uploaded with just one image.
HOW TO CONVERT MY PHOTOS TO URL?
To convert your pictures, we use an image editor. To use this image editor, you must enter to the following link: https://register.sellercenter.pe/image.
The first step is uploading the image. Then click on "Convert to URL". The manager will automatically convert the images into links. These links must be copied to your Excel bulk upload.
IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS AND MY PRODUCTS STILL DO NOT APPEAR ON THE WEB WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our review time for SKUs is variable depending on the number of errors and products in your load. Our current average is 1 week. We ask you to be aware of the feedback through the Support channel and your email. After the approval has been made in the Seller Center, they go through a second approval period of 5 to 7 business days. At the end of this procedure, they will be ready to be seen on the web.
