Some of the price spreadsheet errors occur because:
- The file was incorrectly saved.
- No format update was performed for the numbers.
- SKU is not correct.
Please note that when you open the file on the computer, the Excel program (depending on each computer) displays very large values in the " SKU" columns in scientific notation.
Also, notice that it replaces the correct value with zeros, which is why the system does not find it.
If this has happens, here is a tutorial on how to correctly save the price spreadsheet.
A) Download the file again.
The current file can no longer be used since Excel replaced the correct values.
B) Go to the SKU column and select it.
C) Right-click and then select "Cell format".
D) Select the "Number" option and "0" for the decimals.
E) Press "Accept".
Notice that the values are now in the correct format.
F) Go to the “Date of Validity” column.
G) Right-click and select “Cell format”.
H) Select the "Date" option and set the "year month day" format.
I) Click on “Accept”.
Check whether the dates are now shown in the correct format.
