If you have not received the information to complete your registration, you should contact the Category Manager with whom you handled your registration. They must do a pre-registration to generate an email with the credentials required to complete your registration.
If your registration has not been approved, it may be due to the following:
- The documents registered are not correct.
- Your documents have not been reviewed by the operations team.
- The email address provided when registering was not correct.
Remember that after you register, our team reviews the documents sent to validate everything is correct.
